How do I pay?
You top up a prepaid balance in Linden dollars at our in-world terminal. Your weekly plan fee is taken from that balance.
What if my balance runs out?
Your bot gets a short grace period, then stops. Your settings are kept for a limited time so you can resume by topping up.
What does AI conversation cost?
It is optional and metered per reply from your balance — roughly L$6 per typical reply with your own persona, or L$8 with one of ours. The AI pauses at zero balance while your bot stays online with canned replies.
Can I get a refund?
Prepaid balance is non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose otherwise, for example after a fault on our side.
Is my avatar safe from bans?
We cannot promise that. Linden Lab decides independently whether to restrict any account. Use a dedicated alt you can afford to lose.
